American Heritage Restoration: Professional Insurance Claims Assistance
If you believe that your home has been damaged by a weather-related event, such as wind or hail, it is very important to be represented by a company that is experienced in the insurance claims recovery process. Most homeowners have never filed this type of claim with their insurance company. As a result, it can be difficult to understand the scope of work and disbursement of funds to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
American Heritage Restoration representatives offer extensive knowledge of the insurance claims recovery process. We provide comprehensive Claims Management Assistance and will help you understand this process. Our goal is for you, the homeowner, to feel confident that you have made an educated decision regarding your insurance claim.
Keys to a Hassle-Free Claim
Call American Heritage Restoration to schedule a free inspection of your home. Our professional Claims Specialist will inspect your entire property. We will take pictures of the storm damage and provide you with a thorough report of our findings.
Call your Insurance Company and start to file a claim, reporting that you believe your home has been damaged as a result of a storm. Let the Insurance Company know that you are being assisted by American Heritage Restoration.
The Insurance Adjuster will usually be contacting you within 72 hours. Your Adjuster will set up a date and time to inspect your home. Make sure to write down the Adjuster’s name and phone number at that time.
Call American Heritage Restoration at (303) 741-2561 and provide us with the date and time of your adjustment appointment. We will be available to meet with the Insurance Adjuster and will keep you informed regarding your claim. After the inspection, the Insurance Adjuster will determine if your home has sustained enough damage to warrant any repairs or replacements.
The Scope of Work, as outlined by your Insurance Company, will either be given to you at the time of the adjustment or mailed to you at a later date. When you receive the paperwork, call American Heritage Restoration to set up a meeting with a Project Manager.
The Project Manager will review and explain your “scope” sheet and address any questions you may have. You will have the opportunity to choose the color of your roofing material and we will set up a projected start date.
